This special program is designed for children under the age of 12 with a participating guardian.  Together, the child and guardian will learn basics of kayaking on dry land.  When it comes time to launch, the guardian will wade into the water and hold the boat for the child then allow them to demonstrate their paddling techniques.

Special Needs:  Kayaks and paddles will be provided.  Some PFDs are available but participants may bring their own.  Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can get wet.

Age Range / Level of Activity:  This class is for people under 12 years old with a guardian.  Participants must feel comfortable in the water.
